Ambulance Services

Our fleet of ambulances are controled from our central control room, based at our headquaters in Devon.

Using state of the art navigation systems our team are able to dispatch vehicles promptly and accuratly to their required destinations ensuring our high service standards are maintained.

Control staff are constantly updated with the location and availability of vehicles, alowing them to plan workloads as nessessary.

Ambulance transport is divided into three catergories depending on the medical needs of the patient being transported. These are Patient Transport, Urgent & Emergency transport.

Patient Transport Services

Patient transport vehicles are crewed by Ambulance Care Assistants and operate non-emergency workloads. They are used for the routine transportation of out-patients to and from appointments, discharges from hospitals or other medical facilities and the repatriation of non-emergency patients.

The vehicles are able to transport patients with all types of mobility needs and are fitted with seats, and wheel chair securing devices both with 3 point seat belts and stretchers allowing patients to travel in the style they require.

Urgent & Emergency Services

Urgent and Emergency services are undertaken by our fleet of high-Dependancy or Emergency Ambulances. These will be crewed by Emergency Care Assistants, Technicians or Paramedics as dictated by the patients condition and medical need.

Urgent Transport tends to consist of the transportation of in-patients to other medical facilities or the admission of patients to hospital within a certain time frame dictated by a Health Care Professional.

Emergency Transport is the immediate transportation of a patient for continuation of their care.
